Cask Beers
With over 100 industry and consumer awards over the past 5 years our cask beer continues to highlight the importance of traditional ale in the British pub. We take traditional styles and give them the Thornbridge Never Ordinary treatment. Whether it is fantastic hops from around the world or novel herbs, spices and fruits, our casks are always a contemporary take on a traditional style.

Dark brown with a creamy tan head, almost latte like in appearance. Lemony, minty hop nose with underlying chocolate-caramel. Big, sweet roasted malt in the mouth with hints of chicory and bitter coffee. Some dark chocolate and wisps of peaty smoke. Boozy, bitter finish with some roasted hazelnut and maple syrup characters. Nice, slightly dry, bitter ending. |

Bracia
Rich Dark Ale
Bracia's careful use of Malts (Maris Otter, Brown, Munich, Dark Crystal, Black, Chocolate, Peated), Roasted Barley, Hops (Target, Pioneer, Hallertau Northern Brewer and Sorachi Ace) produce a truly unique beer. Its aromas are of chestnut honey, cappuccino, white chocolate, dark fruits and vibrant fresh peel. The mouthfeel is velvety and rich, with notes of coffee, chocolate, liquorice and hazelnuts with warming alcohol, cocoa and a little peat in the finish. Thornbridge's Bracia has been infused with a generous amount of dark and bitter Chestnut Honey that was sourced by Stefano from Beekeeper Onelia Pin in the Alpine foothills of North East Italy. |
